IMEG’s Lea Cosenza has been featured in New York Real Estate Journal’s 2025 Women in Construction Spotlight, an annual spotlight showcasing accomplishments, challenges, advice, and key insights from leading women in the construction industry. 

Lea is Client Executive of IMEG’s structural team in New York. Her designs have received multiple awards, including the National Council of Structural Engineers Association’s 2018 Outstanding Project in Forensic/Renovation/Retrofit/Rehabilitation Structures over $20 million category. Lea has also published several articles, including those published in Modern Steel Construction, STRUCTURE Magazine, and Engineering News-Record. She also was named an ENR New York 2024 Top Young Professional.
