Liza, a new Seattle mixed-use building, named ULI Americas 2025 Award of Excellence finalist

ULI Americas has named Liza, a new Seattle mixed-use building, as a 2025 Award for Excellence finalist.
The 8-story, 207-unit building includes 2,500-sf of retail space, and 67,500-sf of below-grade parking. The building has earned LEED Gold and Salmon-Safe certification and is pursuing Seattle’s Living Building Pilot Program. It is designed to consume 25% less energy than required by code.
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for the project, which opened in 2024.
