Los Angeles County has started construction of a three-story medical office building in North Hollywood. 

The 70,000-sf building will house an outpatient primary care clinic, urgent care clinic, outpatient mental health clinic, and a wellness center. The county envisions the new facility will increase collaboration among the departments of Health Services, Mental Health, and Public Health, to create a one-stop approach for clients and be a healthy lifestyle hub for the community.  It is expected to open in 2026.

After winning the Design Build competition, IMEG will provide structural engineering for the project as a subconsultant to Swinerton Builders.
