The Montana VA Health Care System opened its David J. Thatcher VA Clinic in Missoula in January 2022. 

The $30.6M, 56,700-sf Community Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) is three times larger than the existing facility and more easily accessible due to its new location near multiple highways. It provides a variety of medical services for veterans of Missoula and the surrounding area including primary care, women’s health, lab work, pharmacy, sleep therapy, prosthetic services, tele-health, and physical therapy. 

IMEG worked with Leo A Daly and PMRG on the preliminary civil site and utility designs, which included preparing meeting specifications and standards for layout to address VA facility needs for parking, ADA accessibility, pedestrian circulation requirements, and access to site amenities.
