North Hollywood Integrated Care Clinic, a three-story comprehensive health clinic in Los Angeles County, California, recently held its topping out ceremony. 

Expected to open in 2027, the $73 million, 55,000-sf facility will unite health, mental health, and public health services in one location, designed to function as both a community wellness hub and an emergency response resource. It is expected to serve 9,000 patients annually. 

As a subconsultant to Swinerton, IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, and technology engineering for the clinic, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology services for the project’s five-story, 260-stall integrated parking structure.
