Process Results, Inc. (PRI), a process engineering firm with offices in Saline and Utica, MI, has joined IMEG.

PRI was founded in 1991 with a focus on the process and chemical industry and has evolved to provide comprehensive services for projects of all sizes and types in the commercial and industrial sectors. In addition to chemical process engineering, the firm provides mechanical, electrical, and civil design, along with structural, commissioning, automation and control, construction management, forensic engineering, and energy conservation services.

“We’re very excited to have PRI join our firm and expand our expertise,” said IMEG President/CEO Paul VanDuyne. “Their proficiency in the chemical, pharmaceutical, specialty process, industrial, and consumer product industries is a fantastic addition, and their client-driven focus mirrors IMEG’s approach.” VanDuyne added that PRI’s capabilities not only complement IMEG as a whole but also provide added synergy in the Michigan region, where IMEG has two existing offices in the Detroit area.

Former PRI President D. Kevin Bingel and Vice President Dale W. Niethammer have become IMEG principals and will continue to lead the acquired offices, which are doing business as PRI now IMEG. “We’re thrilled to join IMEG and looking forward to being able to expand the services we offer our clients,” said Bingel. “We’re also excited to bring our expertise to IMEG, which includes the vast skills needed to complete complicated and technically demanding projects including chemicals, viscous liquids, solids, flammables, explosives, and corrosives.”

PRI joined IMEG July 1. It will continue to operate out of its existing locations with the same team and leadership continuity.
