Samara Community School has received an ACEC National Engineering Excellence National Recognition Award.  

The new 61,672-sf pre-K to grade 5 school in Bronx, NY, is a resilient, energy-efficient learning environment that exemplifies smart, sustainable school design. The project features dual energy recovery wheels, integrated automation, and comprehensive safety features. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design, energy modeling, and construction administration.  

The project previously won an ACEC New York Diamond Award.
