Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corp. has opened 921 Howard, a new 18-story, 100% affordable, energy-efficient housing development in San Francisco.  

921 Howard was designed as a “missing middle” project for moderate-income households. It  

IMEG provided structural engineering for the project, which received GreenPoint Gold-Rated certification, a certification for sustainable construction. 

The project was awarded the San Francisco Business Times Real Estate Deal of the Year in 2023.
