IMEG’s Taylor Gawthorp-Cruse has been named to Building Design+Construction’s 40 Under 40, an annual list that recognizes AEC professionals for their career achievements, passion for the industry, involvement with industry organizations, and service to their communities.  

Taylor is a project executive and WELL Accredited Professional with a broad background in engineering and designing for sustainability. She is the main point of contact for IMEG’s Midwest and East Coast teams working on sustainability-related projects around the country, and brings a deep understanding of energy modeling, solar/photovoltaic assessments, renewable energy, daylighting, and the building certification process. Additionally, Taylor led the development and implementation of IMEG’s internal sustainability plan.  

She is a member of her local American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) chapter, Society of Women Engineers, U.S. Green Building Council, International WELL Building Institute, and International Building Performance Simulation Association.
