The Glick Center has won the 2025 ASHE Vista Award for New Construction. The award recognizes outstanding innovation and collaboration in healthcare design and construction.

The 386-bed hospital is part of a $946 million renovation of MetroHealth’s Cleveland campus. The 300,000-sf, 10-floor facility achieved LEED Silver certification and is seeking WELL building certification.

IMEG was the executive engineer for MetroHealth Transformation, the multi-year, multi-phase renovation plan. Engineers created a detailed facility assessment of program, building and space needs on the 52-acre urban site. IMEG also developed a first design with recommended system options, evaluated siting selections, and provided commissioning services for the center. The firm also provided commissioning services.

The project will be recognized during the ASHE PDC Summit March 9-12 in Atlanta.
