Ulysses Development Group has opened an affordable senior housing project in Castle Rock, Colorado.

The Meadowmark offers 200 units for ages 55+ with units set aside at 30%, 60% and 70% of the area medium income. The first units opened in December 2024.

IMEG provided structural engineering design services for the project, as a subconsultant to Shopworks Architecture.
