Ulysses Development Group has broken ground on an affordable senior housing project in Castle Rock, Colorado.

The Meadowmark will off 200 units for ages 55+ with units set aside at 30$, 60% and 70% of the area medium income.

IMEG is providing structural engineering design services for the project, as a subconsultant to Shopworks Architecture. It is expected to open in 2025.
