The Victor, St. Louis – 1st Place, Adaptive Reuse
The Victor, an adaptive reuse transformation of the historic Butler Brothers building in St. Louis, received 1st Place in the 2026 Retrofit Magazine Metamorphosis Awards, Adaptive Reuse category.
