Three IMEG projects are 2025 NAIOP Southern Nevada Merit Award winners and qualify to win top Honor Awards in their respective categories at the upcoming awards ceremony. The projects include: 

Brasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace (pictured)in the Hospitality Tenant Improvement category. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, and architectural lighting design for the 7,000-sf French cuisine restaurant. Read more. 

The Village at Henderson MOB 3 in the Healthcare Building category. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the ground-up, four-story medical office building at The Village at Saint Rose in Henderson, NV. 

Morningstar at the Canyons Assisted Living in the Healthcare Tenant Improvement category. IME provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design for the four-story, luxury senior living community in Las Vegas.
