Three IMEG projects win NAIOPWA Project of the Year awards
Three IMEG projects were named projects of the year in their respective categories at the NAIOP Washington 2024 Night of the Stars Awards.
Washington Park (pictured), in Seattle, WA, a historic building on Seattle’s waterfront that served as a printing press in the late 1800s, was named the Historic Renovation of the Year. The building was redeveloped into commercial offices with ground-floor retail space and a new penthouse and rooftop deck.
Avalon Bothell Commons in Bothell, WA, was named the Multi-family Residential Suburban Development of the Year: More than 100 Units category winner. The mixed-density project includes 467 apartments and a standalone mass timber amenity building.
The Ayer in Seattle, WA, a 454-unit residential tower, won the High-Rise Residential Development of the Year award. The 46-story, 17,000-sf tower features retail tenant Voxx Coffee adjoining the lobby, a fitness center, private work pods and conference rooms, rooftop terraces, and multiple community lounges.
Three additional IMEG projects were 2024 finalists:
- Canopy Apartments, in Shoreline, WA, was nominated for the Multi-Family Residential Suburban Development of the Year: More than 100 Units category
- Skyglass Apartments, in Seattle, WA, was nominated for the High-Rise Residential Development of the Year category
- Liza apartment community in Seattle, WA, was nominated for the Sustainable Development of the Year category
