The Village of Downers Grove, IL, has opened its new $60 million Downers Grove Civic Center.

The center houses the Village Hall, the Police Department and the Downers Grove Grade School District 58 administrative offices. There also is public meeting space and room for community activities.

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology design services, construction administration and commissioning for the project, which opened in July 2024.
