IMEG-designed project in Washington, D.C. opens in December 2021
IMEG’s Washington, D.C. team is the structural engineer for Washington Gateway, a three-phase, one million square-foot development that opened in December 2021.
The mixed-use complex includes three residential towers, below-grade parking, and a structured urban plaza. Washington Gateway is located in the NoMa Corridor (North of Massachusetts Avenue) in Washington, D.C. — one block from the New York Avenue Metro Station.
