Topping out ceremony for IMEG-designed project held Dec. 11
IMEG’s Washington, D.C. team is the structural engineer for Washington Gateway, a three-phase, one million square-foot development. The team celebrated the topping out of Phase Two, a 16-story residential tower, on Dec. 11.
The mixed-use complex will be comprised of three residential towers, below-grade parking, and a structured urban plaza. Washington Gateway is located in the NoMa Corridor (North of Massachusetts Avenue) in Washington, D.C. — one block from the New York Avenue Metro Station.
