Adaptive reuse project The Victor opens in St. Louis
The Victor, an adaptive reuse transformation of the historic Butler Brothers building in St. Louis, opened in June 2023.
The $130 million project converted the vacant building into a mixed-use complex with more than 300 apartments, coworking spaces, a restaurant, and bar.
The massive building was once home to Butler Brothers, a mail-order catalog wholesaler serving local retail stores. It was built in 1906 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The complex is close to the $461 million Energizer Park, where the St. Louis City SC Major League Soccer team plays.
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for the project.
