Two IMEG-designed projects win 2025 NAIOP Southern Nevada Honor Awards

Two IMEG projects won 2025 NAIOP Southern Nevada Honor Awards in their respective categories and a third received a merit award. The projects include:
Brasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace (pictured) won an Honor Award in the Hospitality Tenant Improvement category. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, and architectural lighting design for the 7,000-sf French cuisine restaurant. Read more.
Morningstar at the Canyons Assisted Living won an Honor Award in the Healthcare Tenant Improvement category. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design for the four-story, luxury senior living community in Las Vegas.
The Village at Henderson MOB 3 received a merit award in the Healthcare Building category. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the ground-up, four-story medical office building at The Village at Saint Rose in Henderson, NV.
