IMEG’s Bill Kavanagh, AIA, NCARB, has been certified as a Parksmart Advisor. 

As a Parksmart Advisor, Bill can recommend strategies to improve the environmental sustainability of parking structures. He also helps clients evaluate parking facilities’ environmental impact and prepare applications for Parksmart certification, which recognizes high-performing, sustainable garages.

Bill leads IMEG’s dedicated parking team and is highly experienced in the functional design, documentation, and construction administration of parking structure and mixed-use projects with significant parking components.
