The renovated building includes 75,000-sf of office space, 37,000-sf of clinical space, and a public area that includes an 8,000-sf convention center, memorial garden, amphitheater, and cafeteria. The project also added a new 127,000-sf transplant and recovery facility building and a 250-stall parking structure.
IMEG provided structural engineering for the project. The team included architect LA-Architects, Inc., and general contractor Pacific National Group, which submitted the nomination.
The campus previously won the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2023 Commercial Real Estate Gold Award, in the Best New Headquarters category.
