Two IMEG projects earned Minnesota Real Estate Journal Project Awards.

Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (MSP) Terminal 1 Airside Modernization won the Government – Urban category. IMEG provided commissioning for the project, which modernized 74 gate hold rooms and their associated main concourse corridors in Terminal 1.

Saint Therese of Corcoran won the Senior Housing category. IMEG provided structural engineering design services for the new senior living center, which included independent, assisted, and memory care apartments. The facility also includes a town center, indoor pool, chapel, dining area, commercial kitchen, café, administration, maintenance, facility
storage, and drop-off canopy.

In addition, several IMEG projects were category finalists. They were:
