Two IMEG office buildouts were named among “Arizona’s Coolest Offices” by AZ Big Media.
Offerpad
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services and construction administration for the Offerpad office in Tempe, AZ.
The 37,289-sf foot flexible-design office is on the fifth floor of The Beam, a mass timber building. The project included an innovative access flooring system that hides the MEP systems.
IMEG was a subconsultant to RSP Architects.
Dutch Bros Headquarters
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services and construction administration for the Dutch Bros. Headquarters in Tempe, AZ.
The 107,185-sf two-story office includes open and private offices, focus and conference rooms, a fitness room, lounge, coffee shop, test kitchen, and amenities like an arcade and pickleball court.
IMEG was a subconsultant to Corgan Associates.
