University of Iowa Health Care’s new North Liberty, IA, hospital expected to open in 2025
The University of Iowa Health Care’s new campus in North Liberty, Iowa, is expected to open in the summer of 2025.
The 469,050-sf project includes a three-story hospital, five-story outpatient clinic, and standalone central utility plant on a 60-acre campus.
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the project.
