University of Wisconsin Health has received final approval to build its new University Row Clinic.

The 183,600-sf clinic will be an addition to the UW Health Digestive Health Center and will also include urgent care, a laboratory, imaging, pharmacy, and specialty and primary care clinics. A 362,000-sf, 830-stall parking garage will be below the new addition. The facility will be designed and built as a LEED-certified green building.

IMEG is providing medical equipment planning as a subconsultant to Eppstein Uhen Architects.

University Row Clinic is expected to open in late 2025 or early 2026.
