Expansions into New York and Idaho lead IMEG’s top achievements of ’23
1. IMEG expanded into the state of New York with the spring acquisitions of Lilker Associates and Cameron Engineering, two of eight mergers that grew the firm to 93 offices and nearly 2,600 team members nationwide. The final acquisitions at year’s end included IMEG’s expansion into Idaho and continued growth in Texas. Companies joining IMEG in 2023 were:

In addition, the firm was named the Most Prolific and Proficient Acquirer by management consultant firm Morrissey Goodale.
2. Thirty scholarships were awarded to students across the U.S. in the firm’s inaugural Stem Scholarship Program.
3. A new suite of specialties that leverage data and digital transformation was added to help clients solve problems that fall outside of traditional built environment services.

5. The firm was ranked #57 among Engineering News-Record’s 2023 Top 500 Design Firms and #25 on ENR’s 2023 Top 100 Green Firms.

8. Workplace culture site Comparably ranked IMEG as one of the Top 25 Best Engineering Teams among the top 100 large companies (over 500 employees). IMEG also received Comparably awards for Best Work-Life Balance, Best Perks & Benefits, Best Compensation, and Best CEOs for Women in 2023.
