WesleyLife has broken ground on an addition to The Village in Indianola, Iowa.  

The $49.5 million addition will include 28 new townhomes and a new 28-unit apartment building. The project will provide housing for the 55-plus population.  

IMEG is providing structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the project, as a subconsultant to Pope Design Group.  

The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
