Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County is building a $64.8 million replacement hospital in Darlington, Wis.

The 80,000-sf critical access hospital and clinic will have approximately 24 beds, emergency department, two operating rooms, diagnostic imaging, eye clinic lanes, laboratory, medical/surgical nursing unit, pharmacy, a retail eye shop, outdoor parking, and a helipad, on 36 acres.

IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services and technology services as a subconsultant to Eppstein Uhen Architects.

The hospital is expected to open in Spring 2025, when the company will be rebranded as Lafayette Hospital + Clinics.
