IMEG’s Yanling Leng, PhD, PE, will present “Refined Load Rating Approaches for Bridge Posting Mitigation” at the 2025 Midwest Bridge Preservation Partnership (MWBPP) Annual Meeting in Columbus, Ohio. 

Yanling’s presentation will highlight advanced approaches to bridge load rating that help reduce the need for posting restrictions, ensuring safer and more efficient transportation networks. It will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21.  

The MWBPP is a regional forum that brings together bridge practitioners from state, local, and federal government agencies, as well as contractors, consultants, suppliers, and academia. It provides an opportunity for participants to share best practices, exchange technical knowledge, and advance innovative solutions that support the long-term preservation of bridges across the Midwest.
