The Concordia Club is an established athletic facility in San Francisco that was damaged during the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake. IMEG’s San Francisco structural team (formerly Nishkian Menninger) provided structural design services for the building and was retrofitted to comply with the current seismic codes of San Francisco. The natatorium and the remainder of the Club also underwent alteration. The total area for this project is 58,000 square feet.
