The project: IMEG prepared complete Plans and Specifications for the construction of the Lenore Bridge on the Wind River Reservation.

Design approach: IMEG prepared construction plans in accordance with the Wyoming Department of Transportation
(WYDOT) criteria for bridges, grade, drainage, and gravel base for the Lenore Bridge. Special provisions (technical specifications) were prepared to supplement the WYDOT Standard Specifications for Construction. The bridge was reviewed by the WYDOT and the Bureau of Indian Affair Bridge offices.

Additional plans and specifications: In addition to preparation of plans and specifications for the permanent structure for Lenore Bridge replacement, IMEG also completed Plans and Specifications for girder and deck design for a temporary crossing.

Construction management: IMEG also provided construction management services for the temporary
crossing including assisting the owner with preparation of bid documents, assisting with contractor procurement, review of submitted bids, recommendation of contractor, reviewed detailed shop and equipment drawings to determine compliance with plans and specifications, review of laboratory, shop, and mill tests of materials and equipment done by testing laboratories, reviewed pay requests for partial and final payments, tracked project quantities and project costs, assisted with the interpretation of plans and specifications and final inspection and report of the completed project. Project services also included training of a full-time resident inspector and supporting staff.
