The project: The new headquarters includes perimeter executive offices, open office areas, focus and huddle rooms, conference rooms, coffee bar and breakroom, mail room, and storage. The facility also includes a golf simulation room and training area.

The goal: Design an office space with flexibility and collaborative spaces.

Design approach: IMEG worked with the architect to provide a design that helped preserve the existing mass timber ceiling by placing infrastructure underneath the raised access flooring system. The design team coordinated these extra considerations, reviewing shop drawings of circuiting and routing.

The outcome: The design maintained the existing architectural and mass timber elements while providing a new office space focused on flexibility and collaboration.
