IMEG provided engineering design for a renovation and expansion to the Denver Broncos Football Club Headquarters at Dove Valley. The project included a 10,000-sf, two-story addition and 7,000-sf renovation that included a new gourmet kitchen, dining room, and new atrium filled with Hall of Fame memorabilia.

IMEG also redesigned the team’s locker room so that it is now more spacious, user friendly, and aesthetically pleasing to the players, coaches, and staff. Wooden lockers were replaced with larger steel lockers that include receptacle/USB outlets. The dated square ceiling diffusers and lay-in ceiling tiles were removed and replaced with orange and blue architectural clouds.

To further modernize the space, IMEG specified new exposed round ductwork to round ceiling diffusers. To increase air flow in the space, linear-slot diffusers were added to all four sides of the room, allowing air to be thrown 13 feet to the floor – the perfect distance to players suiting up at their lockers. Large return grills were installed in the locker room alcoves to improve overall ventilation in the space.
