The project: IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the complete remodel of an existing 5,500-sf fire station, along with the addition of a second story, doubling the total space to 11,000-sf.

The goal: The objective was to modernize the fire station to better serve the department’s operational needs while expanding its capacity to accommodate growing demands.

The design: The renovation included a full interior and exterior update, improved living quarters, enhanced training spaces, and upgraded building systems. The second-story addition provided additional space for administrative offices, meeting rooms, and firefighter accommodations.

The outcome: The remodeled fire station now offers a more functional and efficient space for firefighters, improving both response capabilities and day-to-day operations while ensuring long-term service to the community.
