The project: Mount Vernon Commons is a 141-unit rental apartment property located on Mount Vernon Avenue near Old Town Alexandria. The project includes two rooftop decks and 3,500 square feet of retail space.

Design approach: IMEG provided site and landscape planning, processing of plans and permits through the City of Alexandria including DSUP, stormwater management, surveying and landscape architecture.

Project outcome: The project provides market rate apartments with community ammenties including a public garden, lawn space, dog parks, and barbecue areas.
