The project: Infinity Shore Club Residences brings resort-style and water-front living along Seattle’s spectacular Alki Beach. The 6-story condominium complex consists of 37-units ranging from one to three bedrooms.

Project Amenities: Designed on the waterfront coastline of Elliot Bay, the five-lot site includes long dual-tower design that provides residents with optimizing views and privacy. With a close hillside, the design features a living-green backdrop for a cool terrace, expansive outdoor areas and courtyard, and infinity edge pool. The project also features oversized balconies with maximal glass bringing seamless indoor/outdoor connections to residents.

Design Approach: For the Infinity Shore Club project, IMEG provided comprehensive architectural lighting design services, including developing lighting glow plans, interior lighting concept boards, and coordinating fixture specifications to ensure efficiency and simplicity. IMEG prepared detailed construction documents, managed fixture cost tracking, and ensured compliance with Built Green protocols, all while facilitating seamless integration with the architectural and interior design elements.
