The project scope included preparing site grading and utility plans, layout plans, erosion and sediment control plans, landscape plans, utility profiles, SWM/BMP design, drainage design, construction details, and site permits, waivers, and approval processing. Surveying services included topographic surveying, establishing horizontal and vertical control, hydrographic survey of lake area and dam, utility as-built surveys, vegetation survey, record plat and easement plat preparation, and stakeout site improvements.
Phase 2 included submitting site plans for an administration building, restrooms, 130-space parking lot, vending kiosks, utilities, and eleven rain gardens.
