Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades
As prime consultant, IMEG provided MEP/FP study, design and CA services, and through our consultants, architecture, structural and environmental engineering, for complex HVAC and electrical upgrades including the conversion of a former server room to swing office space, and replacement of the existing constant volume dual duct mixing boxes and existing main electrical gear. The electrical replacement included existing conduit feeding the distribution panels throughout the building. IMEG identified additional systems impacted by code-mandated requirements. The ceilings needed to be replaced and asbestos was abated in a phased approach to keep the building occupied.
