IMEG provided structural engineering design services for the Tysons Corner Center mixed-use office and residential high-rise towers. Tysons Corner Center is prominently located near major freeways, thoroughfares, and a Metrorail station, providing a direct link to visitors and commuters from across the Washington, D.C. Metro Area to Northern Virginia. 

The project consists of: 

  • 526,500-sf, 20-story, LEED Gold certified office building 
  • 500,000-sf, 30-story residential tower with 429 units, rooftop pool, gym, and entertaining facilities 
  • Both towers sit above a common 906,200-sf, seven-level parking garage podium
