IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and services for a second Jeep Assembly Plant in Detroit, MI. The new facility will be built in a former engine plant that has been idle since 2012. The new space will house production testing labs, offices, and quality and validation spaces.

IMEG is working with the general contractor to quickly convert the facility’s existing offices and labs over the summer so employees could return to the finished space for measuring and validating parts. Due to the tight turnaround schedule, IMEG provided the owner with six design packages simultaneously.
