This project represents a $73 million investment towards the transformation and redevelopment of the Opus Business Park off HWY-169. The first of three phases, redevelops a 1970s vacant office/warehouse building into the RiZE at Opus Apartments.

The six-story, wood-frame building is built over a concrete podium with an integrated 492-space, two-level parking garage while premier community amenities are offered in a separate a community clubhouse. The elaborate clubhouse contains a fitness center complete with a Yoga/CrossFit studio, a club room, a private movie theater, fire pit and lounge areas, an outdoor summer kitchen, two courtyards and an expansive resort-style pool with cabanas supports the luxury class 332-unit community.

RiZE at Opus Park connects residents to the urban cores of both Minneapolis and St. Paul through the transit line located just a half-mile from the community, while the adjacent to the Opus Park trail system provides access to a variety of recreation and leisure amenities such as Green Circle Park, hotels and commercial retail.
