The project: IMEG provided design for the major design-build expansion at an existing cement production facility in Texas.

The goal: To support increased production capacity by designing a new silo system and streamlining material reclaim and distribution processes.

The design: IMEG provided complete design for all silos as part of the expansion, and our team was also responsible for the layout of the reclaim system serving six cement silos, which included three truck lanes and one rail lane.

The outcome: A fully integrated silo and reclaim system that enhanced the facility’s operational efficiency and logistical capacity.
