IMEG provided structural engineering and design services for the development of Adobe North Tower, a new 1,315,000-sf CIP concrete tower featuring a 12-story office building, 2-story below grade parking, 6-levels above grade parking for 1,285 vehicles and 180 bicycles, and tenant improvements. The project includes an approximate 6,000-sf 240-ft long pedestrian bridge over West San Fernando, connecting the new tower to the existing campus buildings.

The garage and office façade are comprised of metal panel, curtain wall, and structural glazing. The interior features a multi-story “all hands” assembly space, customer experience center, full electric café, and flexible workspace on the work floors. The all hands area seats 300 with a custom audio visual wall, theatrical lighting, and a two-story vertical decorative fins for acoustics. The 60,000-sf café area includes a coffee bar, sushi bar, and various international diners. A coworking bar providing a specialty beverage station is also included in the space for employees to gather.

Main Lobby (1st Floor)

  • Includes an Adobe Experience Center (museum), juice bar, and a full production kitchen

Floors 7 and 8

  • Custom DXD display in each floor lobby

Executive Floor (18th)

  • Features secure spaces for executives’ safety. Also included on the floor is a customer experience center with food service, dining, and an AV graphics display area
  • Executive Center providing custom-tailored graphics

Building-wide

  • All office floors have one breakroom with wood-cladded interconnecting stairs
  • Each conference room features extensive AV capabilities
