The project: A new four-story hotel with a basement and separate three-story parking structure in downtown Fort Collins, CO.

Project features: The development includes 165 guest rooms, full lounge/bar, large conference center, full three-meal up-scale restaurant on the main level, instrument and vinyl lending libraries, fitness center, retail, and Sky Bar located on the top floor and roof top. The parking structure is shared with the City of Fort Collins. Outside ground floor terraces and retail spaces activate the alley between the hotel and parking structure to create an outdoor gathering place.

Project design: The mechanical systems include water source heat pumps with dedicated outside air units with energy recovery providing energy efficient systems and high indoor air quality.
