  • Design Concept: Inspired by Brooklyn’s industrial aesthetic, the venue’s design incorporates raw materials, such as exposed brick and steel, creating a laid-back yet upscale atmosphere. It blends the feel of a traditional bowling alley with modern amenities, providing a space that is both energetic and inviting.
  • Lighting Design: Lighting played a significant role in enhancing the venue’s ambiance. IMEG’s lighting design team, Illuminating Concepts, provided a comprehensive lighting design that helped shape Brooklyn Bowl’s vibrant atmosphere. Color-changing LED lighting, strategic accent lighting, and dynamic lighting features were integrated to support the lively energy of concerts and events while also offering an intimate and relaxing setting during non-event times.
  • Functionality & Layout: The 80,000-sf venue features 32 bowling lanes, a full-service restaurant, and a live music stage. The music stage hosts various live performances, including concerts by well-known artists. The integration of the lighting helped elevate the performance space by providing dynamic, concert-ready lighting effects that complement the energy of live shows.
  • Technology: The venue uses cutting-edge audio-visual technology that enhances the overall experience. The lighting system design worked in tandem with these systems to offer interactive lighting features that respond to the music and events.
