The project: IMEG provided mechanical enginering services for this four-story specialty hotel features a unique design that includes below-grade parking, a full restaurant build-out, and top-floor condominiums. The facility totals 136,000-sf and is designed to offer a blend of hospitality and residential living.

The goal: The objective of this project was to develop a high-end specialty hotel that provides premium accommodations, dining, and residential spaces while maximizing the use of available land through below-grade parking.

The design: The hotel’s design integrates a full-service restaurant, offering guests and residents a convenient dining experience within the building. The top floor houses luxury condominiums, providing a private and upscale living environment. The inclusion of below-grade parking ensures efficient use of space while maintaining the hotel’s aesthetic and functional layout.
