The project: IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the development of a new eight-story, 100,000-sf hotel featuring a full range of amenities for guests.

The goal: The objective was to create a modern, full-service hospitality destination with upscale accommodations and on-site services to enhance the guest experience.

The design: The hotel includes 185 guest rooms, a full formal dining room, a commercial kitchen, a salon, a fitness center, and a commercial laundry facility. A basement level provides additional functional space.

The outcome: With construction completion anticipated in 2022, the hotel was designed to offer a comfortable and luxurious stay, integrating high-end amenities with efficient operational facilities.
