Civil engineering design, land surveying, and construction administration support services provided for this master planned community. The project was developed under two tracts for 385 single-family detached units consisting of five different building types and community areas. The project involved developing community parks (paseos) and open-space amenities utilized for storm water mitigation, and design and construction of 18,000+ feet of municipal improvements including:

  • Design of street and associated traffic signal improvements for two intersections providing major arterial access into the planned community
  • Construction of an RCB storm drain system in Schleisman Road with connections to the Cucamonga Creek Channel (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles Division) because this is part of the Riverside County Flood Control’s master planned facility

Our firm also completed a FEMA study and CLOMA and LOMA applications to remove the project from the mapped flood plan along with 401, 404, and 1603 permitting.
