Collectively, the Palazzo, Venetian, and Sands Expo make up the world’s largest integrated resort, with more than 7,000 all-suite rooms and 2.3 million square feet of convention and exhibition space, including an array of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues.

IMEG has had a long relationship with Las Vegas Sands having engineered multiple projects at various locations including Las Vegas, NV; Bethlehem, PA; and in Macao.

The first project in Las Vegas was The Venetian Las Vegas, completed in 1999 and consisting of approximately 6,000,000-sf. The resort property includes world class convention facilities, nineteen fine dining options, over eighty international boutiques in the Grand Canal Shoppes, the Canyon Ranch Spa Club, and over 4,000 luxurious guest suites in a 36-story hotel.

The 50-story Palazzo was added in 2007 and consist of more than 7,000,000-sf and 4,000 guest rooms. The Palazzo is considered the largest LEED Silver certified building in Las Vegas.
