Our firm is providing civil and structural engineering services for the design and construction of a new mixed-use development. The building is anchored by a Whole Foods market at street level, three-level, 760-space subterranean parking and two-levels of rental apartments (240 units).

Civil engineering services include floor elevations, adjoining street improvements, modification to the existing storm drain system, sanitary sewer and changes to the current site potable water. Our team also completed design of the entry area into the complex courtyard, final parcel map and entitlement process.
