The project: IMEG provided structural and civil engineering for a new stadium for the Mean Green Soccer and Track & Field teams, designed to accommodate athletes, coaches, and fans.

The goal: To create a state-of-the-art athletic complex that supports competition, training, and fan engagement while ensuring efficient site infrastructure.

The design: The 25-acre complex features a sand-based soccer field, an eight-lane track, and seating for approximately 1,500 spectators. A 14,800-square-foot fieldhouse includes coaches’ offices, locker rooms, meeting areas, and a student-athlete lounge. The site civil design included grading for the entire site, a storm drain system under the bleachers and throwing fields, a detention pond, a 100-space parking lot, and utility lines to service the fieldhouse.

The outcome: A top-tier athletic facility that enhances training and competition experiences for student-athletes while providing a well-designed space for spectators and university athletics.
